Shipping policy

ZEVUMA currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping availability may differ for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and remote destinations.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is approved.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Orders may require additional processing because of:

  • Payment verification
  • Address verification
  • Inventory availability
  • Product customization
  • High order volume
  • Public holidays
  • Safety or fraud review

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has shipped, standard delivery is generally estimated to take approximately 5-8 business days.

Some products may arrive sooner or take longer depending on the warehouse, destination, product availability, carrier, customs processing, weather, and selected shipping method.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Do not rely on an estimated delivery date for a medical need, birth, baby shower, holiday, travel date, or other time-sensitive event.

Third-Party Fulfillment

ZEVUMA uses third-party suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers.

Products may be shipped from different locations, including facilities outside the United States. Products from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.

Shipping costs may depend on:

  • Product weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Destination
  • Warehouse location
  • Carrier
  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address or telephone number entered during checkout.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after a shipping label is created.

A “label created” status does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already received or transported the package.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, suite, unit, building, or postal-code information.

Contact support@zevuma.com immediately if an address correction is required.

We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment processing begins.

ZEVUMA is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional expenses caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Refused deliveries
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Inaccessible delivery locations
  • Failure to collect a package
  • Incorrect telephone or contact information

Additional shipping charges may apply when reshipment is possible.

Shipping Delays

Orders may be delayed because of:

  • Carrier congestion
  • Weather
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruption
  • Inventory problems
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Security checks
  • Events outside our reasonable control

If we cannot ship an order within the communicated processing timeframe, we will contact the customer and provide available options, which may include agreeing to the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

Lost or Stalled Shipments

Contact support@zevuma.com if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the estimated delivery period has passed.

We may open an investigation with the carrier or fulfillment provider. Investigations can require additional time.

A refund or replacement may be issued after the investigation when the shipment is confirmed lost or otherwise qualifies under our policies.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check your mailbox, entrance, parcel locker, reception area, household members, neighbors, and any safe location used by the carrier.

Contact the carrier for detailed delivery information before submitting a claim.

ZEVUMA will assist with reviewing the available information, but a replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed when the carrier confirms delivery to the address entered during checkout.

Customs and Import Processing

Some products may be fulfilled internationally and may be reviewed by customs authorities.

Customs inspections can cause delays. Any applicable charges or handling arrangements will depend on the destination and shipping method.
